RETURNS POLICY
We hope you'll enjoy your purchase. If you aren't entirely satisfied, You have 14 days from receiving your order to return this to us for a refund. If the item is new and unworn, in its original packaging, with all labels and tags intact, we will refund you the amount paid for the item(s).
RETURN EXEMPTIONS
We are unable to accept returns on Underwear, Swimwear, Fragrance, Cosmetics, Candles, Books, Pierced Jewellery or Perishable Goods. When returning footwear, please use outer packaging to avoid damage to the original product box to prevent your return from being rejected.
You will be liable for the delivery costs and any charges incurred when returning the goods to Sandersons unless the return is a result of an error on our side or faulty.
HOW TO RETURN
If you are local to one of our stores, you can return your order to us in store. Alternatively, you can return your order to us to Sandersons Department Store, Unit 12/13, Five Valleys Shopping Centre, King St, Stroud, GL5 1RR. To do so, please repackage your order, print and enclose the returns form then post via a courier of your choice. We recommend using a tracked/signed for method, the return remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us and so we recommend keeping hold of your postage receipt just in case you need to contact us regarding your return. We recommend using Royal Mail to return your orders to us.
We no longer offer exchanges. All returned items will be refunded, for you to then be able to reorder in your preferred size or colour!
