Returns & Exchanges Procedure for online sales
We operate a no-nonsense returns policy and if you return an item within 14 days of receipt, we'll give you back the amount you paid for the item or offer an exchange, whichever you prefer, no questions asked. Any sales items will be refunded onto a e-wallet which have to be spent within 12 months. If the item is returned after the 14 days the item will be exchange only or placed on an e-wallet. Please note any items bought in sale or flash offers are refunded to an e-wallet.
Once we've received a return and the goods are in the same condition that they were when delivered to you, the sum debited to us will be refunded to your account within 14 days of the date the return is received. You will be liable for any charges incurred when returning the goods to Sandersons unless the return is as a result of an error on our side or faulty.
You will be liable for delivery costs if you purchased an item under "free delivery" and then later return the item, unless the item is fault or the return is due to an error on our side.
We're sorry but we are not able to offer exchanges on orders where PayPal was used as a payment method. Please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order.
We're sorry but we do not refund cosmetics, fragrance, candles, and jewellery unless they arrive to you faulty.
You are responsible for the return postage and package costs unless an item is faulty or was received in error. We suggest that you return the item(s) using a shipping method that will provide you with a tracking number and request a signature upon delivery. We will not be able to refund/replace items should they fail to reach us. Items returned due to faults/damages or incorrectly received will be refunded at the cost of royal mail standard postage of £4.20, we will not refund postage costs from private couriers or home collection services.

In any case your parcel gets returned from customs, we are not liable to refund you the shipping cost, only the goods cost.
