Returns & Exchanges Procedure

We operate a no-nonsense returns policy and if you return an item within 14 days of receipt, we'll give you back the amount you paid for the item or offer an exchange, whichever you prefer, no questions asked. 

Once we've received a return and the goods are in the same condition that they were when delivered to you, the sum debited to us from your credit/debit card or PayPal account will be re-credited within 14 days of the date the return is received. You will be liable for any charges incurred when returning the goods to Sandersons unless the return is as a result of an error on our side or faulty.

After this period, until six months of your order arriving, you can still return anything that does not meet your naturally high-quality expectations (things like wear and tear are included, though garments that have been mauled by pets, drawn on by children, worn while decorating and so forth, don't qualify).

We're sorry but we are not able to offer exchanges on orders where PayPal was used as a payment method. Please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order.

You are responsible for the return postage and package costs unless an item is faulty or was received in error. We suggest that you return the item(s) using a shipping method that will provide you with a tracking number and request a signature upon delivery. We will not be able to refund/replace items should they fail to reach us.
