As a thank you for joining, we'd love for you to be the first to try all things new in beauty and fragrance, by gifting complimentary samples at checkout.

Terms and Conditions:

The Sandersons VIP Package will be applied to the order it is purchased on. For future use, please kindly allow 24 hours for your membership to be activated on your account. Please note that this service is available to UK residents only and is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, once expired this will not automatically renew. The Sandersons VIP Package costs £15.00 and once purchased, is non-refundable and also non-transferrable. Samples are not guaranteed and are available at a 'first come, first serve' basis, if available this will be automatically added to your basket at checkout and is limited to 1 sample per customer. Next Day Delivery may not always be available during busy retail periods, or due to unforeseen delivery circumstances, which may affect the delivery services for a limited time, however we will always work our hardest to meet the delivery times of our VIP customers. Please note that all returns are subject to our 'Delivery and Returns' policy, which can be found here: https://www.sandersonsdeptstore.co.uk/delivery-returns-i5 , we do not provide a pre-paid returns label at this time. 

Sandersons VIP Package is subject to a fair use policy - this service is for personal use and is not available to business consumers. You accept and acknowledge that your use of the Sandersons VIP Package shall be fair and reasonable to that of an average consumer using the service for personal use, excessive use beyond a reasonable amount or any breach of the Terms and Conditions outlined may result in the termination of your membership with us, with no refund given.
